Health and Wellness

Health and Wellness is extremely difficult to achieve in such a fast moving world.

What we need to do is to start our day with a ritual. We all brush our teeth, we all get out of bed.

So let’s introduce health and wellness to our morning.

Start with a glass of water with lemon juice and even a dash of apple cider vinegar.

This will help to alkalise our body for the day.

We must stop and do things for us or we just let each day slip by and do nothing. Health and wellness is SO important to give a long fulfilled life.

So plan your morning ritual do it for 21 days, you have now developed habit to last a life time.
